I thought you'd find this interesting.
I just watched a video from multimillionaire, Tim
Sales that revealed what the rich, middle class, and
poor buy on payday.
Let's start off at the bottom of the ladder and work
our way up.
The Poor - On payday, the poor buy stuff. They buy
knick-knacks. They go to flea markets, garage sales
and dollar stores and stock up on cheap stuff. The
walls in their homes are filled with stuff. Their
tabletops are filled with stuff, and their drawers are
packed with stuff. They justify all this stuff by
saying, "It was so cheap, I just had to buy it."
The Middle Class - The middle class buy liabilities.
Liabilities are things that cost you money. They bring
home a nice paycheck each month, but then buy things
like cars, fancy houses, boats and airplanes. All
these liabilities cost money every month. No matter
how much money they make, they spend a bulk of it on
liabilities.
The Rich - The rich buy assets. Assets are things that
make you money. They buy rental properties, investments
and businesses. They buy assets that produce cash so
they can buy more assets that produce more cash and
the cycle continues on indefinitely.
So where do you fit in?
If you're not at the level you want to be, are you
ready to make a move? Are you ready to move up the
ladder and join the wealthy?

How to Get Ahead Financially if You loose your Job
(or Even if You Don't)
Working from home job opportunities are a hot commodity during times of unemployment. Individuals who work at home have flexibility, reduced work expenses, and expanded opportunity. Finding viable opportunities, however, is a challenge. There are
scams, bait and switch job ads, and positions that pay almost nothing.
But it's not all scams, smoke and mirrors. In the 2001 census 19.8 million Americans indicated their primary place of employment was their own home. And in 2009, I joined them. I make a full time income working in my home office, on my computer.
I must admit that during my own learning curve, I did fall for some of the hype out there but discouraged, I'm not. I look at it as a learning experience as to how NOT to run my business.
If you are considering starting your own home-based business, there are three business models that you should consider. These three models have a past and present record of being very profitable in a short amount of time. This article will save you from wasting time researching home business ideas that aren't profitable. Here are three of the most popular home business models that you should consider:
Before we get into those models, I must emphasize the fact YOU MUST HAVE A PLAN. If you don't have one, you are setting yourself up for failure right from the start. The saying "If you don't have a plan, then you plan to fail" holds true.
1. Affiliate Marketing
Affiliate marketing will allow anyone to start making sales online quickly. The number one advantage of this particular home-based business, is the ability to start earning money quickly online without the need of a website. In fact, you don't even need a product to sell. Your job as an affiliate marketer will be to sell other peoples products or services. When the people you refer to the product make a purchase, you get paid a commission. Basically, all you are doing is sending traffic to various product vendors. If you are able to send lots of traffic to a product or service, you have a better chance at making massive profits.
2. Online Auction Business
There are many people who have been able to give up their full-time jobs by being profitable in the online auction business. EBay is the most popular auction website on the Internet and should be the only primary auction website that you deal with. It's also one of the most highly visited websites on the Internet today. Craigslist is another great site to localize your campaigns to specific areas. You can easily use eBay to drive the necessary traffic that will make your home business successful if you decide to participate in this model. This particular model is also one of the quickest and easiest ways to generate massive profits with no out-of-pocket expenses.
3. Information Marketing
This consists of finding a niche and determining rather people are interested in that particular niche. If your research determines that there are a decent amount of people interested, you can create a information product and sell it to them based on their needs or interests. Most information products are digital. This means that your information product can be in the form of a e-book, audio files or video files just to name a few.
Unfortunately, many business owners often find themselves wishing their business could be more successful. The fact is most new business owners lack the knowledge of what it takes to be successful. The following are the top three reasons that home businesses will succeed.
Product
Home businesses who do not do a complete and thorough research of the product they want to sell will fail. In order to be successful, you must choose a product that people want to buy. If you do not have a product that people want to buy, it stands to reason that you will fail. To find a product that people want to buy, do the research and find out what people are buying and what they want. Ask your friends and anyone you know what types of products they would like to buy. Ask people online. Join social networks online and meet more people. The more information you have, you better your chance to choose a product that will sell.
Here is an article I wrote earlier this month on this subject: How to Find a Good product to Promote
Target Market
Once you find a product that people want, you must also understand your target market. Home businesses that are successful will carefully monitor each and every marketing technique to make sure they are reaching their target market. They understand who wants to buy their product and what the best way is to reach those people. If you do not know who your target market is, you must ask yourself who would want to use your product.
Motivation
Home businesses that are run by owners with a lot of motivation and determination will also be successful. If you do not have the determination to succeed and the motivation to make it happen, you might as well not start your own business. Without the motivation and determination, you will lack what it takes to get up in the morning and get the job done. Many people will often find they start out with a lot of motivation and
determination, but find that it lessens as their business gets started. To prevent this from happening to you, give yourself regular days off, as well as rewards for doing a good job. Alot of people I know listen to motivational audios or videos instead of watching TV; people like Bob Proctor, Tony Robbins, the movie "The Secret" etc.
